The West Jakarta Administration received social-public facility assets by 32,322.41 square meter from property developer PT Metropolitan Development (MD).
PT MD has submit its obligation to Jakarta Provincial Government
West Jakarta Mayor, Uus Kuswanto, said the submitted asset is at Duri Kosambi Baru Housing Complex, Cengkareng Sub-district, and Semanan Urban Village, Kalideres Sub-district.
"Thank you to the company for submitting the asset to us," he said, Tuesday (1/30).
Heru Appreciates Developer Acceleration Submitting Fasos-FasumMeanwhile, West Jakarta City Planning and Environment Division Head, Sefri Dwipayuda, stated the submitted assets are road, road sign, and public green lane. Next are landfill and an empty land to built as desired.
"By submitting the asset, it means PT MD has submit its obligation to Jakarta Provincial Government," he stated.
